	为丰富职工的业余生活，增进职工之间的沟通与交流，让职工缓解工作压力，放松心情，回归自然，进而达到劳逸结合之目的。友联建设集团钢结构材料公司的职工在总经办组织下，于2017年端午节到白水寨登山一日游。</p>
<p>
	白水寨位于广州市增城区北部山区的派潭镇，是省级风景名胜区，被誉为&ldquo;北回归线上的瑰丽&ldquo;翡翠&rdquo;，是广东省著名的旅游胜地。</p>
<p>
	我们乘着大巴，向目的地出发。在距离白水寨约有一公里处时，透过大巴玻璃，可以清晰的看到半山腰瀑布的雄姿：乳白色的瀑布像是一团团的浓烟下坠，又像是谁把天上的千万朵棉花往下掀。据说是中国内地落差最大的瀑布。几分钟后，我们到了白水寨山下。抬头望去，只见白水寨的山，高耸入云，直冲九霄，看着这高大耸立的青山，让我们更加豪情万丈、想征服她，攀登最高峰。</p>
<p>
	带队的向导给我们交待了注意事项，宣布了返程集合的时间，随后便大家拍了集体合影，就到了我们自由活动了。这次参加活动的，共有70多人，大家经过了一周紧张的工作，其实都有一个共同的目的，放松心情，回归自然。正因为这样，众人一行缓缓而行，踏过登山门，一路说笑不经意间走到了叉路口。有的说走沿着河边的小路走好，新鲜、刺激;还有的建议沿山阶梯登山，这样登山的路短一些。</p>

	走着走着，约10分钟后，我们还是与第一登山路汇合了。早就听人讲，在白水寨登山，除了号称&ldquo;天南第一梯&rdquo;的登山步道，滨水而建的亲水栈道其实更得游客欢心。当我们亲身走到亲水栈道时，看到它贴着溪流，指向山谷深处，沿途都有绿荫遮蔽。走在上面时，清新的空气、和煦的山风与温暖的阳光伴随着满山的翠绿和潺潺的流水声而来，感觉总是那么舒服，让我们忘却了时间，舍不得移步。我们走得特别慢，为的就是一边好好地欣赏周围的美景，一边尽情呼吸高山流瀑释放出的美妙空气。</p>
<p>
	沿着亲水栈道往上走，只见两岸佳木葱葱，花草茂盛，四围皆为青山掩映，一路上树木撑起一片阴凉，把炎热的夏日挡在山外。因为登山的人多，兴奋、热闹，看着沿途风景，走了不知多久，哗哗的流水声已近耳际，一股急剧湍急的白流，状如白练，从山谷上面奔泻而下，约来7-8米的落差，于低洼处汇聚成池，池水清澈见底，翠绿无比，仿佛一块碧玉溶解在里面似的。此时阳光照过山峰的背影折射在池中，水波跃金，摇曳不定，形成五彩虹霓般回旋着的层层圈环，各种式样的石卵，嵌在水底，如珍珠，如翡翠，令人叹为观止，大家拿起手机一阵狂拍。</p>

	沿着栈道我们继续前行，走约10多分钟，抬头看到半山瀑布，水声很大，有震耳欲聋之势。瀑布落差很大，左右宽度约有20多米，气势颇为宏大。</p>
<p>
	想要更近一步地去观赏瀑布，可以沿着蜿蜒的山径往上走。登山途中共有四个观瀑平台，每一个都与瀑布构成了奇特的视觉效果，离得越近，也能越能体验到瀑布的美丽和震撼!比如在1425级的赏瀑台，奔腾的瀑布流水自身旁轰鸣而下，水声如万马奔腾般撼人心弦。要再近一点，则可以抄一条与华山路媲险的捷径往上，来到了第2199级的亲瀑台，而瀑布就在你头上脚下的奇岩怪石间倾泻而下。</p>
<p>
	此时此刻，大家忙于合影，自拍，记录下这美妙的风景。看完半山瀑布，我们继续向山顶攀登，由于登山之路的人实在太多，我们走得比较慢，最终我只走到了3299步阶梯处。从该处往山下看，四周绿意葱葱，游人如织。抬头往山顶看，自己似乎还没有走到山顶一半。据向导讲，该山有9999阶梯，也就是说我们现的位置还没有走到一半。</p>

	由于时间不允许，离我们的集合时间还有不到一小时，我们必须要返程了。虽然我们未攀登到山顶，体力上有些疲惫，满头大汗，脚也有些酸痛，但是我们的目的达到了：享受到了登山的乐趣，也更加坚定了向上攀登的决心。</p>
