	<strong>尊敬的各位朋友、各位来宾、女士们、先生们:</strong></p>
<p>
	大家中午好! 时隔一年之久，今天我们又欢聚一堂，共谋发展，内心激动非常，感动万分!在此，我谨代表友联建设集团对各位宾朋好友在年底万忙中，抽出宝贵的时间，迎着乍暖还寒的春风跋涉而来，致以最诚挚的谢意和敬意! 让我们用最热烈的掌声欢迎你们的莅临!</p>
<p>
	律回春晖渐、万象始更新。我们告别了成绩斐然的2016年，迎来了充满希望的2017年。</p>
<p>
	在过去的一年里，有太多太多的故事，值得我们追忆;</p>
<p>
	在过去的一年中，我们有过失败和迷茫，也有过很多的成功。</p>
<p>
	2016年，是不平凡的一年。友联建设集团在市场环境恶劣、国内外经济萎靡、钢结构行业诸多竞争中，虽历经坎坷，却依然昂首挺立。</p>
<p>
	集团下属的建设公司在如此艰难的困境中，依然接下了：珠海绿松项目、佛山恒力泰项目，河源丰盈项目等等，这些业务的顺利开展，既是全体建设公司同仁的辛苦努力和顽强拼搏，更是我们的客户、我们的朋友以及广大的项目经理，对&ldquo;友联&rdquo;的信任和支持，也是对&ldquo;友联&rdquo;这个品牌的充分肯定与信赖!</p>
<p>
	集团下属的友联钢结构材料有限公司同样充满各种艰难，国内市场钢铁行情每天都在变化莫测，跌宕起伏，加工行业竞争更为惨烈，拼差价、拼成本、拼专业，友联钢结构全体职员一如既往地坚持&ldquo;专业、专注&rdquo;的态度，乘风破浪、披荆斩棘：</p>
<p>
	全年钢结构总产量接近30000吨，相比过去了的2015年以30%的涨幅递增;</p>
<p>
	生产规模继续在稳步发展中壮大、新购置行业内最新设备、扩建了生产车间;</p>
<p>
	各项制度日臻成熟、企业文化得到稳固、升华、员工总数也在不断地增加;</p>
<p>
	管理上更加成熟流程上、更加顺畅;质量上更加精益求精，安全上继续保持了全年重大安全事故&ldquo;零&rdquo;的记录&hellip;&hellip;</p>
<p>
	上述种种，说明友联人的努力没有白废，付出总有回报，感谢我们尊敬的客户、供应商、全体朋友、项目经理对友联钢结构工厂的支持与信赖，同时也一并感谢全体职工一年来的辛勤工作和风雨同行!</p>
<p>
	同时，希望全体友联人继续齐心协力、团结奋斗、共同前进。继续在销售客服、生产管理、质量把控、施工安全、交期进度、人事行政基础等全方位上夯实基础、精益求精、团结奋进、创新突破，把我们的管理制度继续做精、做细。通过强化管理、技术创新、优化生产工序、市场转型、亏损整治、当地人才引进、文化建设等方面的齐抓共管，公司现保持着健康、稳定、强劲的发展势头。</p>
<p>
	不积跬步，无以至千里;不积小流，无以成江海。</p>
<p>
	总结过去，展望未来。我们需要的不是沉醉于过去的些许收获，更不是懊恼于过去的点滴不足，我们需要的是认真总结，深刻反思!</p>
<p>
	2017年是崭新的一年，也是我们颇具机遇与挑战的一年。市场与风险继续并存、大环境依然恶劣、行业前景依然艰巨。但是，在面临竞争愈加激烈的社会大环境下，我们肩上的担子依然很重，我们的任务还是很艰巨。历史的洪流滚滚向前，时代在发生剧烈变化，新的机遇、新的挑战、新的变革，在迎接着我们。</p>
<p>
	社会发展由解放后30年的计划经济时代，走过了改革开放30年的市场经济时代，走到了今天&ldquo;共享、共赢、互联、互通、互惠、互利&rdquo;的社会经济时代，国家的&ldquo;一带一路&rdquo;经济战略也给我们带来了很多的发展契机和美好希望。</p>
<p>
	古希腊思想家、哲学家苏格拉底说过&ldquo;世界上最快乐的事，莫过于为理想而奋斗&rdquo;。一个实现梦想的人，就是一个成功的人。一个有事业追求的人，可以把梦做得高些。虽然开始时是梦想，但只要不停地做，不轻易放弃，梦想就能成真。</p>
<p>
	梦想是一座高而险的山，只有锐意进取，不懈奋斗，永不停息，才有可能登上最高最美的顶峰;梦想就像一艘航船，迎风破浪，驶向胜利的彼岸。</p>
<p>
	朋友们，我们要在新的一年里，同舟共济，携手梦想、融合梦想，继续保持共享共赢，互联互利，一起成长、一路同行!</p>
<p>
	借此，我承诺：诚信、责任、创新、感恩、共赢&mdash;&mdash;将是我们友联建设集团公司2017年企业文化建设的着力点，也是我们经营发展的核心宗旨和思想内涵：用真心、诚信回馈每一位客户和朋友;以担当无惧的胸怀承担我们的责任;用创新来提高我们的产品、项目、服务;用感恩的心善待每一位走过和经过的朋友;以合作、谦恭、互联、互通的理念促使我们大家共赢，期望彼此都赢得更加广阔的天地和蓬勃的未来!</p>

	二十载风雨身后事，策马扬鞭向前看。</p>
