	本报讯：2016年元月9日上午，友联建设集团2015年年会在清远制造基地(英德工厂)隆重举行，全体友联人、合作伙伴、客户代表、供应商代表等300余人盛装出席、齐聚一堂。</p>
<p>
	过去的2016年我们友联建设集团顶着市场的萎靡和压力，在大环境恶劣的情况下，虽然步步艰难、虽然商海无情，但在集团刘董事长、阙富源总经理的领导下，在各界朋友的支持下，在全体友联人的艰苦拼搏下，仍然取得了不错的业绩和成长，各项经济指标、税务税收圆满完成任务，企业管理进一步得到了夯实与稳固，人才得到了培养和技术的提升，员工福利和企业社会知名度均有了显著提高。</p>
<p>
	本次年会工作由董事长助理王金、行政管理中心黎经理全程策划并组织，各部门负责人积极配合，年会现场由董助王金主持，刘勋光董事长作了热情而洋溢的讲话，他说&ldquo;过去的一年，我们在艰难中得到成长：友联钢铁工厂顺利获得国家钢结构行业一级制造资质、同时被当选&ldquo;广东省钢结构协会理事单位&rdquo;，被国家商务部评为&ldquo;AAA级信用等级评价&rdquo;，被广东省评为&ldquo;诚信示范企业&rdquo;，被清远市评为&ldquo;优秀企业&rdquo;，被清华园评为&ldquo;人才工作先进单位&rdquo;;集团总经理阙富源先生被评选为广东省钢结构专家委员、集团行政中心黎经理被评为&ldquo;中高层次人才&rdquo;、生产中心王学医、物控部曹德明等被评为&ldquo;高科技人才&rdquo;;本年度获批准的国家发明专利已有13项&hellip;&hellip;&rdquo;。</p>

	刘董充分肯定了过去一年来的成绩，并对2016年作了美好的期望与要求：在2016年，我们还要强身健体、内外兼修，趋利避害，加强内部和谐，不断充实公司内务，规范管理，进一步夯实基础。在2016年一起做好以下几方面的工作：</p>

	1、降低成本，提高工作效率，使产能和效率成最大比例。</p>

	2、选择合适的战略路径和战略类型，积极响应并调整市场结构。</p>

	3、加速新产品研发和推广力度，力保科技创新成果再翻一番。</p>

	4、夯实基础，提高企业经营管理水平，增强综合竞争力。</p>
<p>
	5、加强企业人才队伍建设，优秀人才始终是企业发展的第一动力。</p>
<p>
	刘董的讲话朴实而充满力量，全体宾朋深受感染，纷纷以热烈的掌声响应。在刘董的祝酒词中，年会午宴正式开始，刘董并亲自&ldquo;斩金猪&rdquo;开席，寓意我们友联建设集团越来越红火、事业更辉煌!</p>
