	本报讯：2016年1月21日下午二点，友联建设集团&ldquo;2015年度工作总结暨2016年工作计划会议&rdquo;在广东友联钢结构材料有限公司二楼会议室隆重召开，集团下属的三家公司含董事办、总经办在内共16个部门的负责人及营销部、设计部全员参与了会议。</p>
<p>
	本次会议由集团刘勋光董事长亲自主持召开，主要分三大部分：集团下属各个部门负责人汇报过去2015年的工作整体情况及2016年的工作计划、总经理陈述过去一年来总体运营绩效报告、董事长对会议内容作补充及总结。</p>

	会上，财务部、客户服务部、采购部、下料部、生产部、品质部、机电部、物控部、营销部、预结算部、工程管理部、行政管理中心先后做了详尽的工作汇报，并各自总结了一年来工作中存在的问题以及需改进的思路和方案，需牵涉相关部门沟通和支持，相关部门负责人给予了现场确认，个别部门的重点问题得到了总经办或董事办的现场指示及资源的提供。</p>
<p>
	针对客户服务部反馈的在2015年存在的客诉案例，刘董事长明确指示&ldquo;质量是企业的生命力，只有质量才能决定企业的未来，会议的目的是抛出真相，以便各相关部门引起对质量的重视&rdquo;;针对生产部汇报的安全生产情况，刘董事长要求&ldquo;安全生产责任重于泰山，员工安全、设备安全、财产安全要引起重视，严格监督管理&rdquo;;机电部反映的机修频率过高、导致工作负荷过高的问题，刘董事长表示生产部门要养成良好的设备日常保养点检习惯，同时对机电部工作给予了充分肯定并期待拿出新的包干制度;其它如物控部的瓶装气体使用及废料数据、行政部基础性制度执行和社保问题等，刘董均不同程度地给予了要求和指示;特别指出的是营销部在2015年度工作中，公司在充分给予支持与平台的基础上总体业绩却十分不理想，希望在2016年有所改进和努力。</p>
<p>
	会上，阙富源总经理代表广东友联制造有限公司作了年度总体运营分析报告，他强调：营销管理中心要抓紧市场导向，要求确保每年拿下2个具有代表性的工程;车间的产能通过2015年度下半年的高峰生产评估，我们的产能在现有设备和人员的基础上还能进一步提升，譬如可以采用铆工分组的模式;再次论证质量的重要性，鹤山项目和岭南项目虽然圆满结束了，但在过程中存在不少的问题，从质量管理上讲是&ldquo;失败&rdquo;的，我们生产和质量相关部门要检讨和思考，如何在新一年里提高质量意识和杜绝安装缺陷;再次，人员的安全不但要引起重视，同时财产保险、意外保险等要拟制详细方案，现代企业管理最重要的生存之道首先是要风险控制(风险防范和风险转移)。</p>
<p>
	阙总还强调，过去的一年是钢铁行业及钢结构建筑行业最低潮的一年，我们虽然艰难，但是顽强地挺过来了，相比大多数同行我们是幸运的也是幸福的，感谢大家的支持和努力，希望2016年我们每一个人做好自己、各司其职，以便早日实现我们伟大的愿景&ldquo;做中国最具竞争力的钢结构企业&rdquo;。</p>
<p>
	会议最后，集团刘董事长做总结发言，希望刚才提出问题的部门汲取经验、积极改进，对于不足的、存在缺点的，我们也不要灰心，我们要学会在问题中成长，在成长中学习，在学习中提升自己。</p>
<p>
	本次会议既总结了过去又展望了未来;既检讨了不足还明确了努力改进的方向;既有精确具体的工作分析也有高屋建瓯的畅想;会议历时五个小时左右，取得了圆满的成功!</p>
