	本次会议首先由行政管理中心黎经理带领大家例行性学习友联建设集团的企业文化：</p>

<p>

	如何体现我们的使命、愿景、价值观?怎么样去践行我们的企业文化?唯一的途径是必须、全员、时刻保持&ldquo;专业与专注&rdquo;。</p>

	本次例会的主题由行政管理中心黎经理以&ldquo;职业经理人&rdquo;身份分享&ldquo;各司其职&rdquo;。何谓&ldquo;各司其职&rdquo;：就是各自负责、掌握自己的职责。</p>
<p>
	孔子说&ldquo;不在其位，不谋其政&rdquo;。意思是说：你处在一个什么样的位置上，就要做好分内的事情。换一个角度来说就是，不在那个位置上，你就别去考虑那个职位所赋予的职责。因此，处事者要各司其事、各司其职，不可越俎代庖。</p>
<p>
	黎经理分别以三个经典的古代故事分享关于&ldquo;各司其职&rdquo;的重要性。</p>
<p>
	经典案例故事之一：各司其职，各尽其责，可以成就霸业</p>
<p>
	刘邦说：夫运筹帷帐之中，决胜千里之外，吾不如张良;镇国家，抚百姓，给馈饷，不绝粮道，吾不如萧何; 连百万之军，战必胜，攻必取，吾不如韩信。此三者，皆人杰也，吾能用之，此吾所以取天下也。如果张良、萧何和韩信三人没有尽职尽责，各司其职，人尽其才，刘邦能取得天下吗?可见，刘邦之所以能成就霸业，是因为刘邦集团的各司其职，众志成城。</p>
<p>
	经典案例故事之二：各司其职，安守本分，不可越俎代庖。</p>
<p>
	西汉时，丞相丙吉出城视察，路上遇见了有人打架，结果还死了人，丙吉视而不问。再往前走，又遇见了有人在赶牛，牛累得伸着舌头直喘粗气。丙吉赶紧命令落轿，派人去询问情况：&ldquo;你们赶了多远了?&rdquo;。丙吉之所以这么做，那是因为百姓相斗而死伤了人，管这种事是长安令、京兆尹等官员的职责。牛喘得那么厉害，是因为太热了。若是春令天就那么热，那是时令失调，不符合节气的征兆。而丞相丙吉的职责就是要使国家风调雨顺、国泰民安。</p>
<p>
	可见，丙吉能做到各司其职，安守本分，没有越俎代庖。</p>
<p>
	经典案例故事之三：各司其职，各司其事，才能事半功倍</p>
<p>
	诸葛亮曾经亲自校对公文。主簿杨顒以治家作比喻：现在有一个人，命奴仆耕田，婢女烧饭，雄鸡报晓，狗咬盗贼，以牛拉车，以马代步;家中事务无一旷废，要求的东西都可得到满足，优闲自得，高枕无忧，只是吃饭饮酒而已。相反，有一天，对所有的事情都要亲自去做，不用奴婢、鸡狗、牛马，结果劳累了自己的身体，陷身琐碎事务之中，弄得疲惫不堪，精神萎靡，却一事无成。难道他的才能不及奴婢和鸡狗吗?不是，那是因为他忘记了作为一家之主的职责。</p>
<p>
	可见，只有各司其职，各司其事，才能事半功倍。</p>
<p>
	韩信将兵，多多益善，刘邦不与他争这个，而善于将将;丙吉不过问路上杀人的事情，却担心耕牛因天热而喘;他们都真正懂得各司其职的道理。而诸葛亮亲却自校改公文，终日汗流浃背，不是太劳累了吗?所以，人们处事要各司其事，各司其职。</p>

	接着，黎经理又分别以&ldquo;刀和磨刀石&rdquo;的寓言故事和&ldquo;腾讯五兄弟各司其职各展其能&rdquo;的创业故事突出&ldquo;各司其职&rdquo;的含义和哲理，一个企业的良性发展和个人卓越的工作绩效必须首先做到：各司其职，各尽其责;人尽其才，才尽其用。</p>
<p>
	黎经理分享完后&ldquo;各司其职&rdquo;后，阙总代表总经办宣读&ldquo;关于王学医等9位同志职务晋升、调整&rdquo;的人事任命书，并代表总经办给予新任命的9位同志致以热烈祝贺和鼓励，同时要求全员继续给予支持与配合。</p>
<p>
	每月例会从公司创建至今，形成了固化的一种管理模式，除了正常的工作总结、内部沟通、决议决策之外，最重要的就是企业文化和管理提升方面的学习，在阙富源总经理的积极引导下，每月例会都突出了重点，并提出核心的会议要求，要求全员遵守、学习、执行。</p>

	2、另外要求全员在工作中要做到二点：</p>
