	　　从安徽省住建厅获悉，按照《2019年全省建筑节能与科技工作要点要求》，2019年全省绿色建筑占新建民用建筑面积比例达到45%，装配式建筑占新建建筑面积比例力争达到10%。另外，2019年安徽省将严格执行《安徽省居住建筑65%节能设计标准》，落实新建建筑全面执行现行节能标准，确保全省建筑节能标准设计执行率和施工执行率达到100%。</p>
<p>
	　　什么是绿色建筑呢?通俗点讲，就是指按节能设计标准进行设计和建造，最大限度地节约资源，包括节能、节地、节水、节材等，保护环境和减少污染。</p>
<p>
	　　在&ldquo;绿色建筑&rdquo;工程中，节约资源的方法有很多种，最常用的是加大可再生能源在新建建筑中应用力度，推广太阳能、空气能等新能源技术。其中的空气能，是指空气中所蕴含的低品位热能量，和水能、风能、太阳能、潮汐能等同属于清洁能源的一种，拥有&ldquo;取之不尽、用之不竭&rdquo;的特点，将空气能收集利用起来的装置叫空气能热泵。</p>
<p>
	　　空气能热泵工作时，利用少量的电来驱动压缩机运行，把空气中的低温热量吸进去，经过冷凝器或蒸发器进行热交换，将冷水加热，然后通过循环系统，将热水转移到建筑物内，最后通过采暖末端(地暖、地暖机、风机盘管等)，为用户提供热水和暖气服务。</p>
<p>
	　　因为不使用煤、油等任何燃料，制热时也不会产生明火，不会排放出废气，因此空气能热泵使用时不仅节能，还降低了大气污染物的排放，保护了大气环境。同时，还杜绝了火灾、爆炸、中毒等意外事故的发生。</p>
<p>
	　　目前，安徽已经有许多地区的个人、企业、政府开始使用空气能热泵。比如安徽黄山阳光大酒店就在2016年时，安装了纽恩泰空气能热泵为酒店包括总统套房、豪华行政套房、商务套房、商务单间、普通套房及标准间客房在内的432套客房提供热水服务。酒店2016年实际使用测试显示，全年平均使用热水每天大约在80吨，平均每吨热水(从15℃到55℃)使用电费在10KW，节能效果是很明显的。</p>
